What It Is?

Trainerize is the coaching platform we use to deliver your program, track your progress, and stay connected between sessions. It brings your training, communication, and
accountability into one place so nothing gets lost between the gym and the rest of
    your week.

    Why We Use It

Coaching does not stop when the session ends. Trainerize is how we make sure the work you do outside the gym is as intentional as the work you do inside it. It allows us to:

    - Deliver your program directly to your phone with video demonstrations and coaching notes
    - Track completed workouts, weights, reps, and progressions over time
    - Monitor check-ins, habit compliance, and weekly metrics
    - Communicate between sessions without relying on scattered texts or email threads
    - Adjust your program in real time based on how you are responding
    - Keep a training history that informs every programming decision we makeYou always know where you stand.

The platform creates a clear record of your progress and gives us a shared reference point. That matters. Good coaching requires good information, and Trainerize is how we stay informed.

    When We Use It

All active coaching clients use Trainerize. Whether you are training in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format, it serves as the connective layer between your sessions and your goals. It is especially valuable when:

    - You are following a structured program and need clarity on execution
    - Remote or hybrid coaching requires consistent touchpoints
    - You want a training log that builds context over time
    - We are managing multiple variables such as training volume, recovery, and check-in data
    - Progress tracking needs to be more precise than memory allows

    How We Use It

We keep it purposeful, not complicated. You will use Trainerize to access your program, log your sessions, and check in according to your coaching cadence. We use it to:

    - Push updated programs and progressions
    - Review your logs and identify patterns
    - Send feedback, form cues, and coaching notes
    - Track adherence and make data-driven adjustments
    - Maintain a full history of your training

The goal is not to add another app to your life. It is to give both of us a single, reliable system so that every decision we make is grounded in what is actually happening with your training, not what we think we remember.

      What It Is?

Cronometer is a nutrition tracking app that allows us to monitor calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients with precision. Unlike many food tracking apps, it provides detailed data on vitamins, minerals, fiber, and overall nutrient intake.

      Why We Use It

We do not track food for the sake of tracking. We use Cronometer when clarity matters.
Depending on your goal, it helps us:

      - Ensure adequate protein intake for strength and recovery
      - Adjust calories for fat loss or performance
      - Improve fiber intake and digestion
      - Monitor sodium, potassium, and hydration strategies
      - Identify gaps in micronutrients
      - Support clients managing metabolic concerns such as insulin resistance, prediabetes,
      obesity, or lipid abnormalities
      - Remove guesswork and replace it with data

For certain goals such as body composition changes, weight class sports, performance plateaus, or metabolic health improvements, objective data makes progress more predictable.

      When We Use It

Not everyone needs to track. We typically implement Cronometer when:

      - A client has a specific body composition goal
      - Performance has stalled and nutrition may be limiting progress
      - Someone needs structure around portion control
      - A combat athlete needs tighter weight management
      - We are troubleshooting recovery, energy, or digestion
      - A client is working to improve metabolic markers under medical guidance

If your habits are already solid and your goals do not require precision, we may not use it at all.

      How We Use It

We keep it simple and strategic. You will log your intake for a defined period, not forever, so we can:

      - Establish a baseline
      - Make informed adjustments
      - Build awareness
      - Improve food quality and nutrient density
      - Transition back to intuitive eating with better habits

The goal is education and alignment, not obsession. Tracking is a tool for building awareness and improving outcomes, not creating anxiety.
